Lidless Wall is a Unique item that will drop randomly once you get into World Tier 3 in Diablo 4. Although Unique items start dropping from World Tier 3, your chances of getting one increase significantly in World Tier 4.

Lidless Wall is a Unique shield specifically designed for Bone Necromancers in Diablo 4. So if you have a Bone build, this shield should be extremely useful.

It will grant you a Lucky Hit Chance, which is described in-game as: “While you have an active Bone Storm, hitting an unaffected enemy has a (5-25)% chance to spawn an additional storm at their location. Each of your active Sacrifice bonuses increases the chance by 25% and the total additional Bone Storms you can have by +1.”
