Diablo 4 Season 2 has a new set of endgame bosses and you need to collect several materials first to face them. Mucus-Slick Eggs are one of them as you will need to collect enough to face Duriel, so here’s what you need to know to get them in Diablo 4 Season 2.

Diablo 4 Season 2 endgame bosses are some of the best encounters for farming weapons and other useful items in the game. While some enemies will spawn on specific Dungeons, others require special sigils to be summoned.

If you’re looking to face Duriel, Lord of Pain, you’ll need to find Mucus-Slick Eggs to combine them with Shards of Agony and finally summon the endgame boss. Here’s everything you need to know about how to find and how to use Mucus-Slick Eggs during Diablo 4 Season 2.

Diablo 4: Mucus-Slick Eggs location

To find Mucus-Slick Eggs in Diablo 4, you’ll first need to slay the Echo of Varshan. This means that you first need to gather the items to summon Varshan, which are four Malignant Body Parts: Gurgling Head, Blackened Femur, Trembling Hand, and Malignant Heart.

You can get them by completing Grim Favors from the Tree of Whisper (World Tier Four) or by slaying Grotesque Debtors, which you’ll find in Legion Events or World Bosses.

After gathering all Malignant Body Parts, you have to get to the Writhing Mire Dungeon (northeastern area of Hawezar) and locate the altar to summon Varshan. After defeating him, you’ll get the Mucus-Slick Eggs.

How to use Mucus-Slick Eggs to summon Duriel in Diablo 4

To use Mucus-Slick Eggs to summon Duriel in Diablo 4 Season 2, you’ll need to combine them with two Shards of Agony. Sadly for those exhausted after defeating Varshan, Shards of Agony can only be found after defeating Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint.

You can summon Duriel after getting the Mucus-Slick Eggs and Shards of Agony.

After getting every material needed, you have to go to the Gaping Crevasse in the southern part of Kehjistan. There, you’ll find the Pestilent Altar. Interact with it, which will finally allow you to summon Duriel, The Lord of Pain.
