The best way to get Tibault’s Will in Diablo 4 is by farming the Duriel encounter. Although this encounter is available in World Tier 3 and World Tier 4, you’ll receive the Unique by farming the Duriel encounter in World Tier 4 only.

You might come across Tibault’s Will while defeating monsters in Helltides, Legion Events, or even Nightmare Dungeons in World Tiers 3 and 4, but the drop rates are low.
