When you hop into the world of Diablo 4, you’ll be met with a ton of content as you progress through the game’s lengthy campaign along with all of the endgame activities, and you’ll need to make sure you have the best gear at hand.
There are plenty of great items for you to collect throughout Diablo 4, but getting your hands on the rarest Unique items is a difficult task. If you’re wondering how you can get these items, then we’ve got you covered.
How to get Unique items in Diablo 4
In order to get your hands on Unique tier items in Diablo 4, you’ll need to have gotten your character to at least Level 85 in Nightmare difficulty. This is because these items will drop from enemies that you encounter after reaching that level.
Unique items can usually be located in Dungeons, Helltide Chests, and events. You can upgrade these items at a Blacksmith or Jeweler.
All Unique items in Diablo 4
Diablo 4 currently features a total of six rare Unique tier items that can appear for all players.
Here are all the Unique items in Diablo 4:
- Doombringer – Unique One-handed Slashing Sword
- Grandfather – Unique Two-handed Slashing Sword
- Andariel’s Visage – Unique Helm
- Harlequin Crest – Unique Helm
- Ring of Starless Skies – Unique Ring
- Melted Heart of Selig – Unique Amulet
Acquiring these items will not be easy, but if you progress through Diablo 4 in Nightmare difficulty (World Tier 4), then you’ll be able to level up and get your hands on them after grinding.
