Diablo 4 Tormented Echoes explained
Tormented Echoes are a buffed-up Level 200 version of every summonable Uber boss in Diablo 4 Season 4. The Uber boss grind has been one of the most important aspects of D4’s endgame since Season 2, but players were requesting something even more challenging.
This is why Blizzard have introduced such buffed-up variants of the Uber bosses so that players who are too strong to take on the regular Uber enemies can have a good time fighting against these extremely powerful bosses, gaining some of the best loot in Season 4: Loot Reborn.
How to summon Tormented Echoes in Diablo 4
To summon Tormented Echoes in Diablo 4 Season 4, you will need to use Stygian Stones with all the materials required to call forth the regular variants at their usual summoning location. Once this is done, you will have to face the Level 200 Tormented Echo version of the Uber boss of your choice.
Stygian Stones are the key here, and getting it is quite straightforward in Season of Loot Reborn. You will have to take part in The Pit and fight against the monsters and bosses while moving up levels. As you continue your progression through The Pit, you will be getting Stygian Stones as drops.
Tormented Echoes special rewards in Diablo 4
As confirmed by Blizzard in their official early patch notes for Diablo 4 Season 4, all items dropped from Tormented Echoes will be Item Power Level 925, and there’s a high chance that you just might stumble upon some extremely potent Uber Uniques in the game.
Additionally, upon defeating Tormented Echoes, you will be rewarded with Resplendant Sparks, items essential for crafting Uber Uniques. So either way, you might just pave a path to some of the most powerful items in the game by taking on Tormented Echoes in Diablo 4.
