Double XP this Weekend for MW3 on ALL Platforms -UPDATE

If you just turned on your MW3, then chances are you noticed today’s in-game message announcement for all Xbox Live members.. Double XP this weekend on MW3!

We’re still waiting for official word to confirm if the PS3 is getting the same treatment. However, we wouldn’t be surprised if PS3 players get their own double xp weekend when the content drop 1 releases for them (possibly next month).

UPDATE: Fourzerotwo just confirmed via twitter that it’s double xp on ALL PLATFORMS and also clarified its “regular double xp” only and NOT weapon xp.
