5v5 Rush is a new feature coming to all core modes that features smaller squads, a smaller pitch, and is heavily geared toward playing with friends.
You’ll get the chance to control one player in Rush matches. A squad consists of four outfield players and one AI-controlled goalkeeper. In Rush matches, there are no fixed positions, making communication with your friends a key aspect.
Here’s how the devs explained the impact of Rush on Ultimate Team: “Rush offers a new way to build and play in Football Ultimate Team. Build your dream 5-a-side team with friends, each bringing your favorite Player Item to control and compete for rewards in 5v5 matches.”
