How to fix Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC not working
If you can’t access Elden Ring’s DLC, make sure Shadow of the Erdtree has finished downloading and has installed in the same location as Elden Ring. If it’s still not working, try restarting your system and opening the game again.
I had this problem on PlayStation 5, and closing and reopening the application didn’t spark the DLC to start working. When I restarted my console completely and opened the game again, I was then able to access the DLC, so it’s defintiely worth doing this if you’re having the same issue.
Also, if you’re on console, make sure you have downloaded the correct version of the Elden Ring DLC. If you have the PS5 version of Elden Ring, make sure you download that consolve version of Shadow of the Erdtree, and the same goes for those on the older generation of consoles.
Many have reported this issue and a lot of players are seeing success by simply restarting their console, so hopefully this fixes the problem for you and you can get your Shadow of the Erdtree playthrough underway.
Speaking of which, here are all the new weapons you can find in the DLC, as well as how long it could take you to complete.
