Warzone expert Ean ‘FaZe Booya’ Chase reveals his pick for the best Rebirth Island Sniper Rifle and his choice may surprise you.

The Warzone Season 2 Reloaded update may have introduced several changes to Rebirth Island but that hasn’t altered FaZe Booya’s ability to dominate on the small battle royale map.

Although Booya is capable of obliterating enemies with any weapon, the Warzone expert loves to use Sniper Rifles and looks effortlessly potent doing so. The majority of Warzone players gravitate toward the Kar98k, but Booya has revealed an alternative that is just as dominant on Rebirth Island.

Best Warzone SPR Loadout

Modern Warfare delivered Warzone’s most popular Sniper Rifle in the Kar98k, but Booya is looking to highlight a different MW weapon. Although it’s technically a Marksman Rifle in MW, the SP-R 208 is one of Warzone’s deadliest long-range weapons.

The SP-R may not ADS as fast as the Kar98k, but it definitely has a higher bullet velocity as well as a faster rate of fire. In addition, some players may prefer the weapon’s reload speed thanks to a box-fed magazine.

FaZe Booya SP-R 208 Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Laser: Tac Laser
  • Optic: Solozero SP-R 28mm
  • Magazine: .300 Norma Mag 5-R Mag
  • Stock: XRK SP-LITE 208 Blitz

While the SP-R can’t match the Kar98k when it comes to ADS speed, Booya does give it a massive boost with the Tac Laser and XRK SP-LITE 208 Blitz attachments. The Monolithic Suppressor and Solozero SP-R 28mm Optic are standard Warzone attachments for a Sniper, but it’s the .300 Norma Mag 5-R Mag that makes the SP-R incredible.

This Magazine type will drastically boost the weapon’s bullet velocity, which will make your bullets feel like they have an instant impact after pulling the trigger.

Booya explains the biggest advantage of using the SP-R on Rebirth Island, “I like how it has a 5-round mag and you don’t have to individually reload every shot.” Due to the fast pace of Rebirth Island and the frequency of gunfights, the box-fed magazine is a lifesaver.

Although Booya really enjoys using the SP-R 208 on Rebirth Island, he reaffirms that he still has a soft spot for the Kar98k when it comes to Warzone.
