After Rebirth Island saw its maximum health increased in the Warzone Season 3 Reloaded update, Ean ‘FaZe Booya’ Chase has unveiled his MW MP5 loadout that is perfect for the close-quarters mode.

Following the major health changes to the core battle royale in Warzone Season 2 Reloaded, raising health to 150 from 100, Raven decided to tinker with Rebirth Island in the Season 3 Reloaded update.

The maximum overall health on Rebirth has been increased to 300 with many players adjusting to the slower TTK. This major adjustment may mean that a weapon change is in order.

Luckily, Warzone pro FaZe Booya has outlined a loadout for the Modern Warfare MP5 that “dominates” Rebirth Island, even after the increase in health.

Modern Warfare MP5
  • Barrel: Monolithic Integral Suppressor
  • Stock: FTAC Collapsible
  • Underbarrel: Merc Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 45 Round Mags
  • Perk: Sleight of Hand

Booya kicked off his Modern Warfare MP5 loadout with the Monolithic Integral Suppressor to buff the bullet velocity, helping the SMG cope at a slightly longer range. He then went for the FTAC Collapsible for extra movement speed, which is vital in Rebirth’s close-quarters fights.

45 Round Mags offered extra ammo capacity, invaluable when you consider how quickly the MP5 can burn through rounds. Then, the Sleight of Hand perk allowed him to reload rapidly when he did run out.

Finally, Booya opted for the Merc Foregrip, which significantly buffed the weapon’s recoil control and hip fire accuracy, allowing players to land their shots with ease.

After using this setup in Rebirth Island, Booya felt that the MP5 remains a solid option in the mode that Warzone players should consider running.

“I wanted to try it out with extra health in Rebirth now, and honestly it still does good,” he explained. “You can definitely tell it takes a lot longer to kill at medium range, but [at] close range it still dominates.”

He paired the MP5 with the MW Kar98k, running it as a sniper support so he had the ideal guns for both close-quarters and long-range engagements. The next time you drop into Rebirth Island, be sure to give this setup a try.
