FaZe Swagg reveals his “meta” PPSH-41 loadout in Warzone Season 3
Following significant buffs in Warzone’s Season 3 Reloaded update, FaZe star Kris “Swagg” Lamberson has revealed his new “meta” PPSH-41 loadout.
The PPSH-41 is a Call of Duty classic, appearing in the original WW2 shooters, the original Black Ops, and now Cold War and Warzone. Introduced in Season 3, this SMG is capable of using its high fire rate and damage to melt enemies at close range.
However, it never matched up against the top SMGs such as the MAC-10, LC10, and Bullfrog, but Raven Software acknowledged this in the Season 3 Reloaded patch notes. To allow it to catch up with the other top-tier SMGs, they have buffed its damage. Delighted with the buff, top Warzone streamer FaZe Swagg has called the PPSH-41 meta.

“The PPSH was buffed again, they really wanted this gun to be meta,” FaZe Swagg explained. “I’m really excited for it because this gun obviously is a classic, and in past Call of Dutys the PPSH was an iconic gun. And for it to not be up there with some of the best SMGs was just brutal.”
Using the PPSH-41 as a secondary weapon alongside the CR-56 AMAX, Swagg tore through duos with ease using the PPSH, and dropped 30 kills. Swagg even said that some of the kills he was getting with it were “bizarre.”
FaZe Swagg’s PPSH-41 loadout Warzone Season 3
- Muzzle: GRU Suppressor
- Barrel: 14.9″ Reinforced Heavy
- Stock: Raider Stock
- Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Grip
- Ammunition: 55 Rnd Drum Mag
Swagg explained that even though he prefers the GRU Suppressor, with the change to the Sound Suppressor, you could use that instead. He then added the 14.9″ Reinforced Heavy barrel for extra bullet velocity.
To keep the recoil under control and make the PPSH more versatile, Swagg equipped the Spetsnaz Grip and used the Raider Stock for extra mobility. And to cap off his loadout, the 55 Rnd Drum Mag is vital for taking out multiple opponents without having to reload.
With the extremely open meta of Warzone Season 3, you could pair the PPSH with the new and improved Swiss K31, which is perfect for quickscoping in Verdansk ’84.
