FaZe Swagg reveals new “STRONGEST” MP40 loadout for Warzone Pacific Season 2
Despite being nerfed in the Warzone Season 2 update, FaZe Swagg has unveiled a new MP40 loadout which he is claiming is the “STRONGEST” set up you can use with the SMG.
Warzone Pacific Season 2 brought loads of buffs and nerfs to Vanguard weapons, including the MP40. Prior to the patch, the MP40 was dominating the meta, being the best SMG option in the game. After the nerf, players have been opting for different weapons, but this may not be wise.
Although the devs nerfed the MP40 in the update, it’s still great, and now FaZe Swagg has revealed the “STRONGEST” loadout for it after the nerf.
The Warzone Season 2 patch saw the MP40 nerfed with the following changes to its Maximum Damage Range and Mid Damage Range:
- MP40
- Maximum Damage Range decreased to 422, down from 473
- Mid Damage Range decreased to 600, down from 612
This wasn’t the only change either, as the Incendiary Rounds that a lot of players used with the MP40 were also nerfed.
Despite these nerfs, FaZe Swagg claims the MP40 is “still the most used gun in Warzone” and also “still a pretty good gun,” so here’s his new best loadout for it that he dropped almost 10k damage with in his recent video.

- Muzzle: Recoil Booster
- Barrel: Krausnick 317mm 04B
- Optic: Krausnick ISO 1M
- Stock: Removed Stock
- Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop
- Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 45 Round Mags
- Ammunition: Hollow Point
- Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
- Perk: Unmarked
- Perk 2: Quick
The most important attachment change in this loadout that has been impacted by the Season 2 nerfs is Hollow Point, which FaZe Swagg now uses instead of Incendiary Rounds. This attachment will increase the damage you do to limbs, meaning you will be doing great damage no matter what part of the body you hit.
In order to counteract the nerf to range, FaZe Swagg has chosen the Krausnick 317mm 04B barrel, which improves the accuracy and range when firing the weapon.
The Recoil Booster and M1941 Hand Stop will help you with recoil control, while the Removed Stock, Krausnick ISO 1M, and Quick Perk will provide added mobility and speed.
To keep you off the radar, Unmarked is a great Perk 2 option and the Gorenko 45 Round Mags allows you to sustain fire over multiple targets without the need to reload.
