Popular Warzone 2 content creator and streamer Kris FaZe Swagg’ Lamberson has revealed his M16 loadout which he claims is a “one-burst” weapon.

Warzone 2‘s meta has already established itself for Season 1, and while the Season 1 Reloaded update may shake things up, for the time being, the most popular weapons have been dominating Al Mazrah.

Weapons such as the TAQ-56, RPK, and Fennec 45 have been dominant, as well as the best Sniper Rifles covering long-range engagements. Another weapon that has been high on the pick rates is the M4, which is Warzone 2’s most reliable Assault Rifle, especially as it’s unlocked straight away for new players.

A weapon that hasn’t received much love is actually in the M4 Weapon Platform, and it’s a Call of Duty classic, the M16.

However, that could change, as FaZe Swagg believes he’s made a “one-burst” build for the Modern Warfare 2 M16, so let’s check it out.

FaZe Swagg’s “one-burst” M16 Warzone 2 loadout

  • Muzzle: Harbinger D20
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
  • Ammunition: 5.56 High Velocity
  • Magazine: 60 Round Mag
  • Optic: Aim Op-V4

First off, FaZe Swagg has gone with the Harbinger D20 to improve the Modern Warfare 2 M16’s bullet velocity and damage range. This is essential for the build, as increasing damage range will allow the M16 to take enemies down with fewer bursts.

The FTAC Ripper 56 Underbarrel will provide some much-needed recoil stabilization, as the M16’s recoil can be difficult to control otherwise. To further help with recoil and accuracy, the Aim Op-V4 is a nice clean Optic for you to take enemies on with.

For Ammunition, the 5.56 High Velocity rounds may decrease some damage range, but the increase in bullet velocity will help greatly with increasing the impact of each burst. Lastly, the 60 Round Mag is essential for squad-based modes, as it means you can focus more on shooting rather than reloading.

FaZe Swagg managed to get a win with 25 kills with this M16 loadout, which he claims is a “good damage class” that has the potential to one-burst enemies, so definitely make sure you try it out for yourself to see if it lives up to that title.
