FaZe Swagg shows off his “one shot” Oden Warzone Season 3 loadout

FaZe Swagg has been dominating with the Oden in Warzone Season 3, so here’s his loadout for this powerful Assault Rifle.

FaZe Swagg Oden

The Oden is an incredibly underrated weapon in Warzone Season 3, and top streamer Kris “FaZe Swagg” Lamberson has created a loadout that could become meta.

Warzone Season 3’s meta is perhaps the most open it has ever been, with a wide range of choices available. SMGs and Assault Rifles have rejoined the meta and almost any option in these categories has been viable. NICKMERCS has been using the Grau 5.56 again, and now FaZe Swagg is showing the devastating power of the Oden.

Although extremely powerful, the Oden is often overlooked for its low fire rate and higher recoil. However, in Season 3, streamer and YouTuber FaZe Swagg has been a champion for this Modern Warfare Assault Rifle.

Warzone Oden

Swagg said that the Oden will be one of his “favorite guns of all time,” because it’s the gun that he got both his first 30 and 40 kill games with.

“With the way the meta is, the way you can use basically any gun and nothing’s really OP, the Oden is a gun that, if you can hit your shots, it kills the quickest out of any AR,” Swagg explained. “Its damage profile is absolutely nuts.”

Using the Oden alongside Modern Warfare’s MP5, he racked up a whopping 34 kills, so here’s his powerful loadout.

FaZe Swagg’s Oden Warzone loadout

  • Muzzle: Colossus Suppressor
  • Barrel: Oden Factory 810mm
  • Laser: Tac Laser
  • Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
  • Ammunition: 30 Round Mags

Swagg built this Oden to dominate at long distances and kept an MP5 in his pocket for all close-range fights. To vastly improve its damage at range, bullet velocity, and accuracy Swagg added the Colossus Suppressor and the Oden Factory 810mm barrel. To ensure he’s hitting these long-range shots, he added the extremely popular VLK 3.0x Optic.

And to be able to take down multiple targets, he uses the 30 Round Mags. And as all of these attachments slow this heavy AR down, he caps off the loadout with the Tac Laser for increased ADS speed.

Call of Duty: Vanguard

All Vanguard & Warzone weapons arriving in Season 5

Here are all of the weapons coming to both Call of Duty: Vanguard & Warzone Pacific in the Season 5 update.

Vanguard and Warzone Season 5 weapons

Vanguard and Warzone Season 5 Last Stand will bring five new weapons to both games as players get set to experience the end of a Call of Duty era.

Anticipation for Vanguard and Warzone Season 5 is on the rise after Activision confirmed that it would be the final season for both games. A new season’s roadmap always reveals the exciting new content that will be available to players once the update goes live and Season 5 is no different.

Thanks to the Season 5 roadmap we know that Last Stand will see the return of classic Call of Duty villains as well as new weapons to unlock. Here’s a look at the new weapons that will be making their way to Warzone and Vanguard Season 5.

Every new weapon in Warzone and Vanguard Season 5

Vanguard and Warzone Season 5 will see the devs stick to a similar formula while also trying out some unique concepts. Players won’t be surprised to discover that a brand-new post-launch SMG will enter the fold during Season 5.

Warzone Vanguard Season 5 EX1 and RA 225

Despite this expected discovery, the devs have decided to break the mold by delivering the EX1 Energy Rifle. There currently isn’t a weapon in either game quite like it, so it will be interesting to see how it fits in.

The EX1 and RA 255 will be available at the start of Season 5 on August 24, while the Valois Revolver is expected shortly after. Meanwhile, the BP50 and Lienna 57 will arrive with the midseason update.

EX1 Energy Rifle

This new Season 5 weapon is unique in that it leaves ballistics behind in favor of a battery system that powers its energy beams. The EX1 is a prototype weapon that shoots red beams and it is said to be effective at long-range.

While you’ll never run out of ammo, the weapon does exhibit a cooling-off period after a charge is depleted. This cool-down essentially acts as the EX1’s reload mechanism.

It’s going to be interesting to see the weapon’s attachments and how they improve the EX1’s attributes. According to the devs, “its Gunsmith potential is impressive, with options for every scenario.”

Menendez and Al-Asad in Warzone Season 5

RA 225 SMG

If the RA 225 is anything like the Vanguard SMGs that came before it, then it is destined to rise to the top of Warzone’s close-range meta. The Welgun, Armaguerra 43, H4 Blixen, and Marco 5, all had their time in the Warzone spotlight.

While little is known about the weapon, the devs have emphasized its lightweight design, mobility, and fast fire rate. Usually, when an SMG is lightning quick, it doesn’t pack the hardest punch, but we’ll have to wait and see if this is the case for the RA 225.

It does have some upward kick that players are going to have to get used to, but with the right attachments, this shouldn’t be an issue.

Valois Revolver Vanguard Warzone Season 5

Valois Revolver

The Valois Revolver is yet another unique addition in Season 5 thanks to its ability to act as a melee weapon and a pistol. This hybrid weapon is sure to take many enemies by surprise.

The six bullets it could hold and low damage output should prevent it from dominating either game but the ability to eliminate players with a one-shot melee attack will be a clever tactic to exploit.

BP50 & Lienna 57 Assault Rifles

While Season 5 is the final major content release for Warzone and Vanguard, players can still expect a midseason update to arrive. Warzone and Vanguard Season 5 Reloaded are set to deliver two new weapons to the games.

The weapons arriving with the midseason update are the BP50 and Lienna 57. Interestingly enough, it seems the BP50 is modeled after Modern Warfare 2’s F2000. Both weapons are Assault Rifles, which means Warzone’s long-range meta could be in for some drastic changes.

There you have it, those are the five new weapons coming to Vanguard and Warzone Season 5 Last Stand.

New weather and lighting changes

According to the Season 5 roadmap, Caldera will also deliver some much-needed lighting changes. With the storm finally cleared, Caldera will trade its clouds of gray for warm sunshine.

Event the volcano’s smoke won’t be enough to fully block out the sunlight as it makes a widespread return. In addition, “Rebirth Island sees new lighting changes as well, featuring a warm and lush sunset casting a vibrant hue over the map.”

Warzone Season 5 new items

Four new items will be making their way to Warzone in Season 5 and they’ll all bring something new to the table for players to enjoy. Here’s the devs’ description of each of the new items and how to properly utilize them in Season 5:

Doomsday Station

Discover this seismic device found within Caldera’s primary Battle Royale game mode. Trigger the device and enemy helicopters arrive to surround the station, deploying enemy soldiers to attack your position. Remain close to the Doomsday Station and defend yourself for a chance at earning powerful items and a unique Watch cosmetic for your Operator.

Only one Doomsday Station will appear per match, with multiple possible spawn locations. Pay the required $10,000 to activate it and prepare for a thunderous fight.

Warzone Doomsday station

Supply Box UAV

Activate the new Supply Box UAV Killstreak for assistance in tracking down more items. It will mark nearby unopened Supply Boxes on the player’s Tac Map for around 15 seconds. Find the Supply Box UAV in Supply Boxes or purchase one at a Buy Station.

Personal Supply Box

Rage Serum

This Field Upgrade allows you to become violently unstable, resulting in a viciously effective boost to your close-quarters fighting. Test subjects were shown to have superior melee damage, increased lunge distance, and enhanced stun power while fighting with melee weapons or fists.

However, defensive forces have confirmed that while affected by Rage Serum, an Operator becomes louder, and seems to recoil with more confusion while stunned or flashed.
