FIFA 22 Fantasy FUT upgrade tracker
We’ve compiled a Fantasy FUT tracker, grouping players eligible for upgrades in one spot so you can keep track of the fantastic cards up for grabs in FIFA 22’s Ultimate Team.
Ultimate Team players have been adding Fantasy FUT players to their squads since the FIFA 22 promo began on March 18. The already boosted cards are set to receive additional upgrades that can increase a player’s overall rating by three.
Although the Fantasy FUT promo came to a close on April 1, these players will remain in the spotlight as they attempt to complete the upgrade requirements in real-life games.
The Fantasy FUT upgrade tracker provides a breakdown of which players will receive a boost tied to club performances.

Fantasy FUT upgrades explained
The upgrade requirements for Fantasy FUT are unlike what we’ve seen from previous FIFA 22 promos that feature upgrades. Players can achieve a maximum of three +1 upgrades to their overall rating.
The window of opportunity to earn upgrades is quite small as players will be judged on their next five Domestic League games from April 1. This essentially gives players a five-game span to accomplish these three objectives:
- Play 3 matches in the next 5 games (+1)
- Win 1 match in the next 5 games (+1)
- Attackers and Midfielders score 1 goal or earn 1 assist in 5 games / Defenders and Goalkeepers keep 1 clean sheet in the next 5 games (+1)
For the final requirement Attackers and Midfielders share one objective while Defenders and Goalkeepers share another. In other words, a Defender will not receive an upgrade for scoring a goal.
