FIFA 22 Free Kick glitch lets players score goals every time
A newly discovered simple Free Kick glitch has FIFA 22 players scoring plenty of goals from set pieces in Ultimate Team.
It’s not often exploitable tricks and glitches come to light in FIFA 22 and players certainly seem divided about the potential consequences. Of course, FIFA has seen its fair share of animation glitches that have led to outrage but gameplay glitches are a rare occurrence.
This new Free Kick glitch is letting players score goals automatically, turning the set piece into a game-breaking advantage.
A post by Liver-King in the Ultimate Team subreddit showcases just how efficient this new trick can be for players of the Ultimate Team game mode. Of course, the Free Kick glitch should also work in FIFA’s other game modes.
In the clip posted, it’s clear to see how easy it is to exploit this Free Kick glitch when one is earned. Liver-King uses the trick to score a whopping seven Free Kick goals to prove the theory. Each Free Kick goal looks identical to the next as the player shows off the trick.
As you can see in the clip, when executing this technique it seems keepers simply can’t handle the ball despite how close it is to where they’re standing. Liver-King describes how to exploit the Free Kick trick in the comments but approach with caution. EA has banned players in the past for taking advantage of glitches.
The Free Kick has always been a difficult skill to master and Ultimate Team players are worried that this will provide an unfair advantage to anyone who earns a Free Kick around the goal. Keep an eye out for this trick in the upcoming FUT Champions this weekend.
