Finding the best, meta, and cheap wingers in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team is vital to success, so we’ve put together a guide of who you should sign.

FIFA 22 winger cards and logo

FIFA 22 is chock-full of tricky wingers that can help you to victory. We’ve picked out the FIFA 22 Ultimate Team best wingers you can buy, as well as some great cheap, and meta, players.

Fans spend many hours trying to craft the perfect Ultimate Team, and picking out the right players takes up a huge amount of that time. But with so many special cards and chemistry links to take into account, it can be hard to pinpoint the right man for the job.

Playing with wingers is a popular tactic in FIFA 22, using pace and dribbling to drift past full-backs and attack the box.

We’ve picked out the best FIFA 22 Ultimate Team wingers you can buy, including the best cheap and meta players you should buy.

Best wingers in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team

The FIFA series has always emphasized two things when it comes to left and right-wingers – pace and skills.

Speed is vital for pulling away from pesky fullbacks who are set to stay back, while the tricks can break through tightly defenses and open up crossing or shooting opportunities. FIFA 22 is no different.

With this in mind, using one of the game’s top-rated players is never a bad decision. Based on EA’s official ratings, these are the best wingers in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team.

Best meta wingers in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team

Even though some players have extremely high ratings, they don’t always have the stats to make them popular among fans.

Each year, certain players have the stats that happen to fit the game’s meta, making them staples of FUT Champs and Division Rivals.

In the case of wingers, this can be because of their blistering pace, tricky skills, or a combination of all three.

These are the best meta wingers you should try in your Ultimate Team this year, including some of the special cards added since launch.

Best cheap wingers in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team

If we’re completely honest, many of these players will be extremely expensive. Particularly if you’re just starting out, you might be looking for cheaper wingers while you grind for coins and packs.

Players with the all-important five-star skills will be too pricey to begin with, but there are plenty of cheap options that still have the pace to get around those pesky full-backs.

FIFA 22 Ultimate Team players can grab a free Twitch Prime Gaming pack right now, and here’s how you can claim yours.

Any FIFA 22 Ultimate Team player who happens to have a Twitch and Amazon Prime account can claim free Prime Gaming packs in FUT this year. Here’s an easy step-by-step guide on how to claim yours.

Packs are the lifeblood of FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, and it’s the constant lure of pulling one of the game’s top-rated superstars that keeps millions of fans coming back every day.

Usually, earning packs requires plenty of effort from the player, whether it’s grinding out wins on Division Rivals or taking on Squad Battles offline.

With the Twitch Prime Gaming pack, fans have the chance to earn rewards for absolutely free, and here’s how you can do it.

What are FIFA 22 Twitch Prime Gaming packs?

Twitch Prime Gaming packs are free rewards offered to any FIFA 22 Ultimate Team player with a Twitch account and a valid Amazon Prime Membership.

Players who have subscribed to Amazon Prime automatically have access to Prime Gaming, meaning they qualify for Twitch Prime Gaming packs.

EA has teamed up with the two giant companies to offer players rewards throughout the year, in the form of free packs, containing untradeable cards and player picks.

The rewards are dropped monthly throughout the season, so be sure to keep an eye on EA’s social media for the latest releases.

How to claim FIFA 22 Twitch Prime Gaming packs

In order to claim your free Twitch Prime Gaming pack, you must link all three of your accounts together.

It’s worth noting that if you have an Amazon Prime Membership but no Twitch account, you can create one for the purpose of these rewards.

You can find our guide on how to do this below:

  1. Head over to the Prime Gaming website and link your Twitch account to your Prime Gaming account
  2. Follow the prompts to also link your EA and Twitch accounts
  3. Make sure the EA account you link is the one attached to your FIFA 22 Ultimate Team on your main platform
  4. Head over to Twitch and click on the crown in the top righthand corner of the screen
  5. From this screen, you can claim your Twitch Prime Gaming pack
  6. Load into FIFA 22 Ultimate Team and find your rewards on the store

What’s included in Twitch Prime Gaming Pack #8

The eighth of the Prime Gaming packs in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team has yet to drop, which has bewildered Ultimate Team players. Usually, the pack drops between the 15 and 19, but as of May 24, there is still no sign of it. Rumors suggest that the pack will be arriving on May 25, so players won’t have to wait much longer.

Among the untradeable rewards, there are a handful of rare gold players and player picks, as is customary. However, leaks claim that the loan player available this time will be a valuable Prime Icon on a five-game loan.

  • 7 Rare Gold Players
  • Prime Icon (five-game loan)
  • 2x 82+ Player picks
  • 12 Rare Consumables

That was how you can claim your Twitch Prime Gaming packs in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team.

FIFA 22 Ultimate Team: Team of the Week 36 predictions: Di Maria, Gundogan, Abraham

FIFA 22’s Team of the Week 36 is set to drop on May 25, and we’ve predicted who will get an in-form card with major stat upgrades.

There were plenty of memorable games and goals in the world of football last week. EA Sports are set to drop some new in-form players in packs, and here are the players we think will feature in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team’s Team of the Week 36.

Each and every week, EA drops the Team of the Week into FIFA 22 Ultimate Team to reward the stars who made the headlines in the previous round of fixtures.

The chosen squad of players receive a special card in packs for the next week for FUT fans to hunt down and use to improve their teams.

Next up is Team of the Week 36, so here are our predictions of who will be included in the next FUT TOTW lineup.

FIFA 22 TOTW 36 release date & time

FIFA’s Team of the Week drops weekly, so players can expect TOTW 36 to release on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM GMT, with an announcement from EA usually coming shortly before.

TOTW cards replace the normal cards of the player in packs for the duration of the week, meaning that the upgraded card is the only version it’s possible to pack for seven days.

Each wave of in-forms remains in packs until they are replaced by the next Team of the Week on the following Wednesday.

FIFA 22 TOTW 36 predictions

PSG thrashed Metz on the final day of the season and while Mbappe’s hat-trick was impressive, his likely involvement in the upcoming Ligue 1 TOTS squad should keep him out of TOTW 36. Instead, Angel Di Maria, the man who is departing the club, should receive an in-form card.

Over in the Premier League, Gundogan was the hero of a thrilling Manchester City comeback that saw them secure the title on the final day of the season. Olivier Giroud and Rafael Leão also made major contributions toward a title win on the last day of the season. Don’t be surprised to see one or both of the A.C. Milan players involved this week.

We’ll have to wait until Wednesday to find out the official squad for Team of the Week 36, but, until then, here are our best predictions.

  • Angel Di Maria – PSG – RW
  • Ilkay Gundogan – Manchester City – CM
  • Olivier Giroud – A.C Milan – ST
  • Rafael Leão – A.C Milan – LW
  • Jack Harrison – Leeds – LM
  • Andy Delort – Nice – ST
  • Joaquin Correa – Inter Milan – CF
  • Dejan Kulusevski – Tottenham – RW

In recent years, Ligue 1 has emerged as one of the most popular leagues in Ultimate Team, with many of the game’s biggest names plying their trade over in France for PSG, Lille, and other clubs. Unsurprisingly, this means the Ligue 1 is always one of the most-anticipated releases of the year.
