Changes coming to FUT Draft rewards in FIFA 22, says leaker
FUT Draft has been a staple of Ultimate Team for many years now. According to a new leak, the FIFA 22 FUt Draft rewards will see a revamp that fans have been calling for in the franchise.
FIFA 22 is nearly upon us, and fans are itching to dive into another season of swapping and trading in Ultimate Team. With the additions of FUT Heroes and some fresh ICON cards, there’s more to grind for than ever before.
Opening packs is fundamental to Ultimate Team, and FUT Draft was added as a way to earn pack rewards quickly. However, the underwhelming rewards earned in Draft have caused the mode to be largely abandoned by the community.
However, according to a new leak, FUT Draft in FIFA 22 could see some changes that have been long-awaited by the community.
FUT Draft is an Ultimate Mode where fans spend 15,000 coins to build a team from scratch using a series of random player picks. They then use this team to play in up to four matches, with rewards increasing in value the more games you win without losing.
Unfortuntlaey, the random nature of opening FUT packs means that the items earned aren’t always valuable enough to make playing the mode productive.
Players will find that they have recuperated their 15,000 entry fee – even if they win the Draft by beating four rival teams in a row.
According to known Ultimate Team leaker FutSpy, EA is looking to solve this issue by adding new rewards to be won. The leaker uncovered code hinting that Draft rewards will now feature some cards of a guaranteed rating, some of 82 or higher and some of 83 or higher.
This is a way of ensuring that those who make it further are always rewarded for their efforts and that packs have much more chance of being worth 15,000 coins or more.
The news is likely to please long-time fans, who have been calling for more incentive to play the more for many years.
EA has yet to confirm if the leak is true, so stay tuned on Charlie INTEL for future updates.
