DC Comics have confirmed that Fortnite will host a crossover event with 2022’s ‘The Batman,’ so here’s everything we know about the event.

Fortnite is no stranger to Batman crossovers, with many fan-favorite DC characters making their way to the battle royale. Alongside the Zero Point comic book series, we’ve seen The Flash, Deathstroke, Green Arrow, and a ton of Batman skins.

We’re expected to get one more Batman skin in the new year with DC confirming that Fortnite will crossover with 2022’s ‘The Batman’ starring Robert Pattinson as the titular Caped Crusader.

Robert Pattinson as The Batman

DC Comics released a trailer for their upcoming DC FanDome 2021, which will include panels for their upcoming projects such as The Batman, Black Adam, and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Fans also noticed the trailer teased a “The Batman/Fortnite Crossover.”

The Batman is set to launch on March 4, 2022, so the crossover will probably happen near this time. But, we’re expecting to get more information at DC FanDome on October 16, where the extent of the crossover should be revealed.

At the very least, we expect to see Robert Pattinson’s Batman suit in-game. It will likely also come with a Harvesting Tool, Cape Backbling, Glider, and more.

Back in Chapter 1, Season X, Tilted Towers became completely overhauled as Gotham City. We’ve seen similar things in Chapter 2 with Stark Industries, so there’s every chance it could be a significant, map-changing crossover.

We could also see Zoë Kravitz’s Catwoman, either as a brand-new skin or as a new style option for the existing Catwoman outfit.

Stay tuned to Charlie INTEL, where we’ll keep you updated with any updates on the upcoming The Batman crossover event.
