Fortnite Season 6’s Wild Weeks continue with Week 3, titled “Bouncing off the Walls,” unvaulting the fan-favorite Bouncers, as well as vastly increasing the spawn rate of mobility items.

Although Fortnite is no longer the worldwide phenomenon it once was, Epic Games have kept the battle royale fresh with significant map changes, unique LTMs, and Weekly Quests for players to complete. Season 6 has taken this even further with the introduction of Wild Weeks that gives an emphasis on a different mechanic each week.

So far, we’ve had ‘Fighting With Fire’ in Week 8 which increased the spawn rates of Fireflies and Flame Bows, and Week 9 featured ‘Fish Fiesta.’ For Wild Week 2, fishing was a much more lucrative endeavor, with Pro fishing rods being much more common.

Fish Fiesta has now concluded, and Bouncing off the Walls has taken over for Season 6 Week 10.

For Wild Week 3, Epic Games said that players will “defy the laws of physics.” From May 20 until May 27, Epic have vastly increased the spawn rate of Hop Floppers, Shockwave Grenades, and Shockwave Bows. And as an added bonus, Hop Floppers can now be found in ice boxes.

They have also confirmed that the fan-favorite Bouncer trap has also returned. Bouncers can be placed on any wall, floor, or stairs and, as you’d expect, they’re used to bounce players and vehicles over distance.

They negate all fall damage, so you can use them to escape the storm, get a quick height advantage on your opponents, or safely fall from great heights. It’s likely that Bouncers will be unvaulted after Wild Week 3 concludes, so make sure to hop into Fortnite and give them a shot.

While these Wild Weeks keep the game fresh, they’re also extremely useful for completing Legendary Quests. Week 10 challenges players to spend 500 seconds in the air using Hop Floppers and Shockwave Grenades, so wild Week 3 will make this much easier.

They have confirmed that Wild Weeks will take some time off after Bouncing off the Walls has concluded. Once Week 3 wraps up on May 27, it will have a week off, with Week 4 continuing on June 3.
