Fortnite 21.51 update patch notes: Fire with Fire week & Unvaulted weapons

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 brought game-changing additions to the battle royale, including rideable animals, Reality Seeds, and Dragon Ball’s Kamehameha. Season 3 is almost over, and Season 4 will usher in even more new mechanics and collaborations.

Despite the 21.50 update arriving only a week ago, Epic Games are wrapping up Season 3 with one final update — 21.51. Here’s everything you need to know about the game’s Fire with Fire Week.

Fortnite Fire with Fire Week

Fortnite’s 21.51 patch is a small one, with the upcoming Fire with Fire Week the only new addition in the patch.

Running from 9 AM ET on September 7 until September 13, things are heating up on the Fortnite Island. The Primal Flame Bow and Dragon’s Breath Shotgun have both been unvaulted, while Firefly Jars‘ drop rates have been increased.

To counteract this, Chug Cannons have also had their drop rate increased, so you can help quench yourself and your team should you get set ablaze.

On top of that, there will also be special Fire with Fire Week Quests, allowing you to gain some extra XP before the Season 3 Battle Pass runs out.

This is the last patch of Season 3, and we don’t expect any major changes to the game until Fortnite Season 4 starts later this month.
