How to complete Fortnite Shadow of Phantasm Quests: All challenges & rewards
Fortnite’s 21.50 update unvaulted some classic stealthy weapons as part of the Shadow of Phantasm Week. There’s XP to earn with the Shadow of Phantasm Quests, so here’s how to complete them.
Fortnite’s 21.50 update arrived on August 30, bringing the fan-favorite Late Game Arena. That’s not all though as four classic items – the Suppressed SMG, Suppressed AR, Shadow Bomb, and Shield Bubble – have been unvaulted as part of the Shadow of Phantasm Week.
This themed week brings Quests for players to complete for an XP boost, so here’s every challenge, its XP reward, and when the Shadow of Phantasm Week will end.
How to complete Fortnite Shadow of Phantasm challenges
Fortnite’s Shadow of Phantasm Week went live on August 30, and the Quests and items will be active until September 7, 2022, at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM BST.
Here are all of the Shadow of Phantasm Quests and their XP reward:
- Collect a Suppressed SMG and a Suppressed AR in the same match (2) – 12,000 XP
- Remain shrouded from a single Shadow Bomb for 10 seconds (1) – 12,000 XP
- Use a Shield Bubble in 4 different matches (4) – 12,000 XP
- Deal damage to opponents with a suppressed SMG, AR, or Shadow Tracker (500) – 12,000 XP
You won’t find these Fortnite challenges too difficult, just prioritize finding and using all of the unvaulted stealthy items and you won’t have much trouble.
Remaining shrouded from a single Shadow Bomb for 10 seconds can be tricky if you don’t know how, but there’s an easy way. Find a steep cliff face, pop the Shadow Bomb, and continuously jump off the cliff face without touching the ground. This will keep the Shadow Bomb active until you touch the ground, so do this for at least 10 seconds.
Completing the Shadow of Phantasm Quests will give a nice boost to your Battle Pass XP, helping to unlock all of the rewards and the Super Styles.
Chapter 3 Season 4 is set to arrive in mid-September, and players are convinced a Lady Gaga concert could be on the way.
