How to get Flexwood in LEGO Fortnite

LEGO Fortnite will ask you to forage and farm many materials to upgrade your Craft Bench and other buildings in your village. Since Flexwood can be a little tricky to obtain, here’s everything you need to know to get it.

LEGO Fortnite lets players start their own village and survive everything that the wilderness can spawn. Like in Minecraft, this means that they’ll need a ton of materials to craft tools and farm essentials.

However, not all materials are easy to find in a world as big as this game mode has presented. While some are easily foraged and spawn everywhere, others are located in exclusive areas and require special tools to get them. If you’re looking to farm Flexwood in LEGO Fortnite, here’s everything you need to get it.

LEGO Fortnite: How to get Flexwood

In LEGO Fortnite, you’ll first need to craft a Rare Forest Axe before getting Fleexwood. In order to do so, you’ll need to gather 5 Cut Amber and 3 Knotroot Rod. Here’s how to get them:

Cut Amber
- You’ll need to find Rough Amber, which is usually located on top of mountains in the Dry Valley biome. You can use stairs to help you get there, and then farm the material.
- Then, you’ll need to get a Gem Cutter. Once you build it with 20 Marble Slab, 5 Rough Amber, 5 Sand Claw, and 3 Sand Shell, you can put the Amber you found and craft Cut Amber.

You can find Amber on top of the mountains of the Dry Valley in LEGO Fortnite.

Knotroot Rod
- Look in your map for any nearby caves in the Grasslands biome.
- Use an Uncommon or better Axe to farm the sturdy vines on the ceilings and walls of the caves.
- Use the Lumber Mill to craft Knotroot Rods.

After you get all the materials, you’ll be able to craft the Rare Forest Axe. Keep in mind that your Crafting Bench will also have to be upgraded to the Rare level.

You can use your Rare Forest Axe to farm cactus in the Dry Valley biome that borders the grasslands. After destroying the cacti, they’ll drop Flexwood for you to pick up.
