How to get free skins in Fortnite
While free skins are uncommon, there are a few methods to obtain them in Fortnite:
- Event Challenges: During special events, completing challenges can reward you with free skins. Keep an eye out for themed tournaments and event-specific tasks.
- Exclusive Tournaments: Epic Games occasionally hosts tournaments featuring crossover characters and streamer-related ICON Series skins. The highest-ranking players in these tournaments can earn the skin for free.
- Giveaways: Epic Games may release a code for a free Fortnite skin, but this doesn’t happen often and you should be wary of searching online for free codes, as you could get scammed.
How to get Sir Beurre Back Bling for free
To get the free croissant-shaped Back Bling in Fortnite, just sign up for email surveys by following this link. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown:
- Open the link and log in with your Epic Games Account.
- Click on the User Icon in the upper right corner and select Account.
- Now, select Account Settings and then verify your email address.
- After verifying, click on Email Preferences in the left column
- Place checkmarks in the options related to surveys and promotional emails.
Once you’ve opted-in for email surveys, you’ll receive the Back Bling within 24 hours.
How to get Yeetus Hammer for free
To get the Yeetus Hammer, you just need to play five levels in Fall Guys Mobile. Make sure to use the same Epic Games account that’s linked to Fortnite.
The game can be downloaded worldwide using the Fall Guys app on Android, and within the EU on iOS.
Fortnite Crew subscription
While not technically free, subscribing to Fortnite Crew offers a variety of monthly rewards, including a new skin and matching cosmetics. By subscribing for $11.99 (or £9.99) monthly, you gain access to exclusive content and the Battle Pass, unlocking numerous skins as you collect XP.
