How to get Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Techniques in Fortnite

The Fortnite 25.30 update brings a collaboration with popular anime Jujutsu Kaisen, and players can learn the devastating abilities used by sorcerers in the show. Here’s how to get Cursed Techniques in a Fortnite match.

Fortnite is well known for its crossovers, which see popular franchises infiltrate the game for a short time. In Chapter 4 Season 3 alone, we’ve seen the likes of Futurama, Transformers, and even The Witcher take over the map temporarily.

Players have been treated to plenty of collaborations with anime series, and the Fortnite 25.30 update has delivered a Jujutsu Kaisen crossover, featuring a lot of new skins and challenges. As part of the event, fans can learn the Cursed Techniques of Nobara Kugisaki and Satoru Gojo.

So, here’s how to get Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Techniques in Fortnite and use them in a match.

How to get Cursed Techniques in Fortnite

Fortnite players can get hold of Cursed Techniques by opening Cursed Llamas. Just like regular Llamas, these walking loot containers will spawn randomly around the map, with only a handful appearing in each match.

Be warned though, the Cursed Llamas have a tendency to make life difficult by running away to protect their treasure.

Alongside the usual selection of ammo and shields, breaking one open will also drop two Cursed Techniques – Straw Doll Technique and Hollow Technique: Purple. Both of these powerful skills will be familiar to fans of the anime, as they’re used by Nobara Kugisaki and the Gojo family respectively.

The Straw Doll Technique allows players to launch a flurry of nails full of cursed energy to deal bug damage to opponents, while Purple can instantly remove buildings in your path and damage enemies over time.

Both Cursed Techniques can be picked up and swapped like regular items, taking up a single space in your inventory.

Just like the Attack on Titan and Dragon Ball abilities that arrived during those crossovers, these Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Techniques will provide a major advantage to those lucky enough to get hold of them. So, be sure to keep an eye out for Cursed Llamas in your next Fortnite match.
