LEGO Fortnite: New world options explained

You can start playing in a new world by simply navigating the Discover Menu in Fortnite and selecting the LEGO Fortnite title. After you select it, you’ll get a menu asking you to create a new world for you to play. Please note that all worlds created receive the same content updates. Here are all the steps you need to follow to create a new world:

Click on “Create a New World” in the Select World menu in LEGO Fortnite.
Select any World Slot to start building your map.
Select your preferred Game Mode: Survival or Sandbox. If you choose Survival mode, you’ll need to build, farm, and face enemies to defend your village and explore the world. If you pick Sandbox mode, the items needed to build villages will spawn without resource requirements.

Every World in LEGO Fortnite has a unique Seed number that identifies it.

After getting this done, you’ll need to select whether to turn on or off several options that will affect your map. Keep in mind that Settings can’t be changed after you create your world. Here’s a list of every World option in LEGO Fortnite:

Enemies	On: Villagers will appear randomly in the player’s village. Off: New Villagers won’t appear in the game, although previously spawned Villagers will remain until dismissed.
Hunger	On: The player will get hungry and will have to eat to not lose health. Off: The player will never get hungry.
Temperature	On: The player can feel the effects of temperature and lose health accordingly. Off: Players won’t feel the effects of temperature.
Stamina	On: The player will use Stamina when sprinting, swimming, pushing objects, etc. Off: The player won’t use a Stamina bar when doing physical activity.
Elimination	On: With this setting turned on, players can be eliminated. Off: Players can’t be eliminated if this is turned off.
Drop Inventory upon Elimination	On: The players’ inventory will be stored in a backpack for retrieval when a player is eliminated. Off: Players keep everything on them after being eliminated.
Friendly Creatures	On: Friendly creatures will appear in the world, and you can interact with them to get items. Off: Friendly creatures won’t appear, but some elements of progression may be blocked.
Villagers	On: Villagers will appear randomly in the player’s village. Off: New Villagers won’t appear in the game, although previously spawn Villagers will remain until dismissed.

LEGO Fortnite seeds are unique identifiers assigned to a pre-made world that allows it to be generated with the game options you selected.

If you would like to know which seed identifies the world you’re playing at, you can check the bottom of the screen while you’re in-game, and you’ll notice it is written in low-opacity text.
