When does the current Fortnite Season end?
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 will end on Saturday, November 2, 2024, according to the in-game timer shown on the Battle Pass. That being said, previous seasons have tended to finish late on the previous day to account for the downtime, so matchmaking could be disabled on November 1 at around 8 PM PT / 11 PM ET / 4 AM BST (November 2).

The next Fortnite season will be OG Chapter 2, according to a leaked 2024 roadmap that has proven accurate so far.
After 2023’s Fortnite OG brought back locations and weapons from Chapter 1, this new version is thought to be inspired by Chapter 2 Seasons 1, 2, and 3. So, don’t be surprised to see POIs like Steamy Stacks or Salty Springs make a comeback.
Based on the roadmap, Chapter 2 OG will be slightly shorter than a regular season and will lead directly into Chapter 6 the following month.
