There’s plenty of Christmas-themed content for players to enjoy in Fortnite, despite players being disappointed about the loss of the cabin that usually arrives for the Winterfest event.

That said, there’s new Christmas-themed cosmetics and even challenges to participate in, as well as the arrival of Sgt Winter. As part of the Christmas content, Fortnite players will notice a new holiday-themed island on the map known as Winterburg.

If you’re wondering where Winterburg is in Fortnite and how you can get to it, here’s everything you need to know.

Fortnite Winterburg location

Fortnite‘s Winterburg is a small island located at the very top of the map, above and just to the left of Classy Courts. This new Christmas-themed island appeared on the map for the Winterfest update, so it will likely disappear again once the event is over.

How to complete Fortnite Land from the bus at Winterburg Quest

For those struggling to complete the Winterfest Fortnite Quest that requires players to land from the bus at Winterburg and finish in the top 20, here’s a breakdown of how you can do it with ease:

1. Load into a match.
2. Open your map and see how far you are from Winterburg.
3. Drop at a distance that would allow you to glide over to the Winterburg island.
4. Land near the top right of the island and you will find a zipline that takes you to the safer high ground, as Winterburg will be heavily populated with players also trying to complete their Quest.
5. Lay low and survive until the top 20 players and you will have completed the Quest.

We don’t recommend trying to survive on Winterburg island, as from our experience, many players are dropping at the location, which makes it difficult to survive and reach the top 20.
