Where to get Fortnite’s The Dub shotgun
Here’s a complete guide to help you find the new location for the Exotic ‘The Dub’ shotgun in Season 6 of Epic Games’ Fortnite.
The raft of changes in Season 6 has included the usual array of POI alterations and lots of rejigging to make players rethink what they know about Epic’s Fortnite. One such change is the default home of the popular The Dub shotgun.
This Exotic, double-barreled beauty can cause some serious damage during a game and there’s a notion that Season 6 removed the weapon altogether. This is thankfully not true, and its location has merely been changed. We’re going to tell you where it is, and how many Gold bars it will cost to own The Dub once more.
Where is The Dub in Fortnite Season 6?
Given the rarity and Exotic nature of The Dub, this isn’t the kind of weapon that you’ll be able to go around and secure in a random loot chest.
In order to get your hands on it, you’ll need to seek out a specific NPC that you can exchange Gold bars with to secure your very own The Dub shotgun. They can be can found at the racecourse to the south-west of Steamy Stacks.
Here is the location of The Dub in Fortnite Season 6.

- Go and cause chaos with it!
How many Gold Bars needed for The Dub in Fortnite Season 6?
As with anything desirable and powerful, it comes with a price. The Dub is no different as it will come with a mandatory price tag before Burnout will just hand it over to you.
Sadly, it’s a bit hefty, so you need to make sure you’ve managed to stock up on Gold Bars, a whopping 600 Gold Bars to be exact. Once you’ve managed to do this, then The Dub will be yours to wield.
