Warzone invisibility glitch returns in Season 4

Warzone’s notorious invisibility glitch has made its return in Season 4 and is making players completely undetectable to the naked eye in the middle of a match.

CoD: Warzone Season 4 is finally upon us, and there’s a plethora of new content to explore in the latest update. This includes brand-new weapons like the C58 and MG 82, along with various weapon buffs and nerfs.

Every time a game goes through a major update, we’re bound to see a few bugs and glitches in the first few weeks. Various players have reported seeing the return of the infamous invisibility glitch.

Invisibility glitch in Warzone

Twitch streamer its_iron was trying out the new season of Warzone and was in the middle of collecting some loot from an enemy they took down right before they found themselves taking damage from seemingly nowhere.

The player initially assumed that the damage came from an airstrike but realized moments later an invisible player was shooting at them from behind. Before they could react, the hidden opponent struck them down.

This was understandably annoying to the streamer, who just replied with a sarcastic “good job, Activision.”

The kill-cam showed that the enemy player was actually right behind the streamer, yet they were somehow completely invisible. Many of the commenters also expressed their frustration at seeing this glitch return once again.

Some have formulated their own theories about why this is happening. “My theory is it’s from the new armored trucks,” wrote one user. “Same technique as what caused them in the choppers with the guns.”

There is no doubt that the return of this invisibility glitch is something the Call of Duty community was not looking forward to compared to new content like the additions of the powerful Nail Gun or the Red Doors feature.

Raven has confirmed they are investigating the issue.

Glitches of this nature are usually taken very seriously by the developers, and we hope to see them patch it soon.
