That said, here’s where you can find the Maisters for each Vocation and the skills that they help you unlock:
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Fighter Maister location & ultimate skill
- Maister: Lennart
- Location: Melve
- Skill: Riotous Fury
This skill allows you to land a flurry of strikes on your enemy while using Stamina. However, if you miss your first shot, you will be vulnerable to attacks for a short duration.
This is probably the only skill in the game that is completely missable. Make sure you return to Melve while you’re doing quests in Vernvorth otherwise you won’t be able to unlock this ultimate skill in Dragon’s Dogma 2 at all.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Thief Maister location & ultimate skill
- Maister: Srail
- Location: Nameless Village
- Skill: Formless Feint
The Formless Feint is one of the best skills in Dragon’s Dogma 2 because it will allow you to evade almost every incoming attack at insane speeds. Although it consumes stamina while active, it can help you get out of sticky situations.
- Maister: Flaude the Fraud
- Location: Nameless Village
- Skill: Blades of Pyre
Although this skill is immensely powerful, it’s very risky. When you cast this skill, you will trigger a flaming inferno, that damages you and the enemy simultaneously.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Mage Maister location & ultimate skill
- Maister: Eini
- Location: Eini’s Home (north of Melve)
- Skill: Celestial Paean
The Celestial Paean is one of the best support skills in the game. When cast, allies who touch the skill have increased stamina and health regeneration and take reduced damage. The caster, however, loses all stamina and is knocked down to the ground.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Archer Maister location & ultimate skill
- Maister: Taliesin
- Location: Sacred Arbor
- Skill: Heavenly Shot
Activating this skill causes you to draw your bow and shoot a single arrow that deals a lot of damage to the enemy in Dragon’s Dogma 2. The amount of damage that you can deal depends upon the amount of Stamina you have.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Warrior Maister location & ultimate skill
- Maister: Beren
- Location: Beren’s Childhood Home
- Skill: Arc of Might
Once you’ve learned the Arc of Might in Dragon’s Dogma 2, you will swing your greatsword in two mighty arcs, slicing through your foes.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Sorcerer Maister location & ultimate skill
- Maister: Myrddin
- Location: Checkpoint Rest Town
- Skill: Maelstrom
This skill in Dragon’s Dogma 2 summons a swirling whirlwind that deals a lot of AoE damage to your enemies. The downside to this is that it works in best closed spaces and it takes a lot of time for the wielder to cast it.
- Maister: Trysha
- Location: Eini’s Home (north of Melve)
- Skill: Meteoron
The Meteoron skill summons a meteor shower at a designated area. While it works best in open spaces, it takes time for the wielder to cast the spell, and like Maelstrom, it’s not affected by Quickspell either.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Trickster Maister location & ultimate skill
- Maister: Luz
- Location: Reverent Shrine
- Skill: Dragon’s Delusion
When you activate this skill you will summon the illusion of a dragon. Although the illusion does not breathe fire, it will instill fear in your enemies, causing them to either trip or flee.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Mystic Spearhand Maister location & ultimate skill
- Maister: Sigurd
- Location: Harve Village
- Skill: Wild Furie
Before you can unlock Wild Furie, you need to speak to Sigurd either at Melve during the Readvent of Calamity quest, or in Dragonsbreath Tower. After you’ve interacted with him for the first time, make your way to Harve Village and talk to him to get the skill.
The skill launches a series of attacks at the enemy for a short duration, but you can continue the barrage of attacks at the cost of your stamina. The attacks, however, don’t deal a lot of damage.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Magick Archer Maister location & ultimate skill
- Maister: Cliodhna
- Location: Volcanic Island Camp / Windwalker’s Home
- Skill: Martyr’s Bolt
This is one of the strongest skills in the game and can melt bosses instantly. However, whenever you use it, you’ll lose a minor portion of your health temporarily.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Warfarer Maister location & ultimate skill
- Maister: Lamond
- Location: Volcanic Island Camp (near the Hot Springs)
- Skill: Rearmament
With the Warfarer class, you will be able to equip skills, weapons, and armor pieces designed for any Vocation in the game.
The Rearmament ability allows you to swap between weapons whenever you want to, especially during combat.
That sums up everything you need to know about the Maisters who can help you unlock the ultimate skills for your Vocation in Dragon’s Dogma 2. For more information about the game, be sure to check out the following links:
