Star Wars: Hunters features a colorful cast of characters from factions and species that fans will recognize. So, here’s a breakdown of every playable character in Star Wars: Hunters, as well as their class and abilities.

Star Wars: Hunters arrives on mobile and Nintendo Switch on June 4, as the latest title looking to flesh out the vast Star Wars universe. The game puts teams of four against one another, and choosing the right character is key to securing victory.

So, here are all of the characters in Star Wars: Hunters, as well as the class they fall into and their abilities.

All playable characters in Star Wars: Hunters

There are 12 different characters to choose from in Star Wars: Hunters, broken up into three distinct classes; Tank, Damage, and Support. Each one comes with a unique set of abilities, passives, and an Ultimate.

Charr (Tank)

Charr in Star Wars Hunters

Weapon

  • Scatter Gun: Close-range Shotgun that fires a spray of pellets to deal big damage.

Passive

  • Dig In: Reduces knockback by digging Charr’s claws into the ground.

Abilities

  • Regen Booster: All incoming damage turns into healing, making Charr temporarily invincible.
  • Snare Trap: Trap placed on the ground that actives when enemies are nearby, holding them in place for a brief time.
  • Laser Tether: Attaches share to an enemy, focign them to stay close to him and preventing them from running off.

Ultimate

  • Ferocious Hunt: Increases Charr’s speed and switches to a melee attack that pins enemies. Each elimination extends its duration.

Grozz (Tank)

Weapon

  • Improvised Clubs: Two-handed melee weapon that deals big damage but is very close range.

Passive

  • N/A

Abilities

  • Stampede: The Wookie charges forwards and grabs the first enemy he runs into, before knocking any others out of the way.
  • War Cry: Grozz lets out a shout that gradually restores any health lost.
  • Upheaval: Laun enemies into the air and slow them down by slamming Grozz’s Improvised Clubs into the ground.

Ultimate

  • Boulder Bash: Grozz picks a boulder from the ground that pinballs around the arena, damaging any enemies it comes into contact with.

Sentinel

Sentinel in Star Wars: Hunters

Weapon

  • E-Web Heavy Repeater: A long-range gatling gun used by the Empire to unleash shots at a rapid pace, but overheats if fired for too long.

Passive

  • N/A

Abilities

  • Combat Shield: An energy shield that forms around the barrel of his gun, bloakcing incoming fire and increasing his own fire rate.
  • Suppressing Shot: A charged shot that costs weapon heat to use, but knocks enemies down on impact.
  • Barrel Slam: Sentinel brutally swings his weapon to damage and knock back enemies that are standing too close.

Ultimate

  • Empire’s Finest: Spawn two fellow Stormtroopers to aid him in battle.

Slingshot (Tank)

Slingshot in Star Wars: Hunters

Weapon

  • Twin Blaster Cannons: Dual-wield cannons mounted on the side of his repurposed Droideka.

Passive

  • Rollout: When not in combat, the Droideka rolls around quickly – knocking back any enemies he runs into.

Abilities

  • Trickshot: After a brief sharing period, Slingshot balsts forwards to inflict damage and knockback on enemies in front of him.
  • Unstable Shield: The Droideka’s iconic shield as seen in the movies, blocks incoming damage and explodes when destroyed.
  • Scatterbomb: Fires a fast barrage of rockets across a short distance.

Ultimate

  • Rocket Stomp!: Slingshot quickly jumps and slams into the ground repeatedly, inflicting damage and slowing the other team down.

Diago (Damage)

Diago in Star Wars: Hunters

Weapon

  • Slugthrower Rifle: A slow-firing but high-damage rifle that’s deadly at long range and can’t be blocked by Lightsabers.

Passive

  • Escape Plan: Diago can grapple to specific ledges while jumping.

Abilities

  • Proximity Mine: Sets down an explosive mine that detonates when enemies walk by.
  • Heightened Senses: Reveals nearby enemies through walls.

Ultimate

  • Piercing Rounds: Loads Diago’s weapon with powerful ammo that can damage multiple enemies at once.

Imara Vex (Damage)

Weapon

  • Blaster Rifle: Fast-firing laser rfile that’s ideal for all ranges.

Passive

  • Tracking Scan: All enemies that are near death reveal their location.

Abilities

  • Grapple: Quickly fire a Grappling Hook to reach higher ledges.
  • Missile Launcher: Imara launches a missle that locks on to targets for big damage.

Ultimate

  • Seeker Salvo: Release multiple missiles that lock on to any enemies that are within her sight.

Rieve (Damage)

Rieve in Star Wars: Hunters

Weapon

  • Lightsaber: The iconic laser sword used by Jedi Knights and the Sith, tainted with a red crystal of the dark side.

Passive

  • Vicious Leap: Hold the jump button to deal damage wherever she lands.

Abilities

  • Ruthless Pursuit: Rieve quickly dashes forward to unleash a deadly strike with her Lightsaber.
  • Lightsaber Throw: Throws here Lightsaber forward to damage players with the spinning blade, before recalling it with the Force.
  • Wild Defense: Blocks all incoming projectiles and melee attacks.

Ultimate

  • Crushing Will: Pulls all nearby enemies towards her and stuns them, opening them up for a flurry of attacks.

J-3DI (Damage)

J-3DI in Star Wars: Hunters

Weapon

Lightsaber: The blue Lightsaber of a Jedi.

Passive

  • Spare Parts: When J-3DI is damaged he drops metal parts that can be recollected to restore health.

Abilities

  • Faux Pull: Quickly pulls an enemy towards him so he can land follow-up attacks.
  • Deflecting Stance: Uses his Lightsaber to block melee attacks and deflect projectiles back where they came from.

Ultimate

Whirlwind: J-3DI spins his Lightsaber around in circles rapidly to hit enemies all around him.

Utooni (Damage)

Weapon

  • Pulse Blaster and Arc Caster: A weapon for each Jawa, the Pulse Blaster launches players while the Arc Caster uses electric shocks to stun them.

Passive

Suprise!: Drops a Sonic Grenade each time they are eliminated.

Abilities

  • Switcheroo: Swap between the Pulse Blaster and Arc Caster.
  • Hands Off: A blast that knocks both enemies and Utooni back.
  • Ion Imploder: A throwable grenade that pulls enemies towards it.

Ultimate

  • Scrap Cannon: Utooni quickly builds a cannon made from spare parts that fires a powerful laser for a brief period.

Sprocket (Support)

Sprocket in Star Wars: Hunters

Weapon

  • Blaster Remotes: Small droids that automatically fire at enemies.

Passive

  • Turbocharged: Gain a boost to both movement and health when on low health.

Abilities

  • Targeting Drone: Reveals an enemy’s location and increases how much damage they take per shot.
  • Medical Droid: Puts down a droid that heals nearby teammates.
  • Drone Defense: Spawns drones that defend him and one ally, reducing the damage taken by both.

Ultimate

  • Ultra Turret: A large turret that unleashes a barrage of bullets, focusing on those marked by the Targeting Drone.

Skora (Support)

Skora in Star Wars: Hunters

Weapon

  • Dart Gun: Fires small darts that heal allies and damage enemies, much like Ana from Overwatch.

Passive

  • Self-Heal: Heals automatically when not in combat.

Abilities

  • Adrenaline Boost: Grants a temporary speed boost to help Skora reach allies in need, can be used twice before needing to recharge.
  • Stim Shot: Grants additional health to the targeted teammates.

Ultimate

  • Unstable Cocktail: Drops a large pool of gas that heals all teammates in an area, while inflicting damage to all rival players.

Zaina (Support)

Zaina in Star Wars: Hunters

Weapon

  • Blaster Pistol: Small but deadly laser pistol that thrives at close to mid-range, but overheats over time.

Passive

  • Combat Medic: Offers extra healing to teammates on critical health.

Abilities

  • Bacta Bomb: Throws an explosive on the ground that releases a burst of healing over an area.
  • Dodge Roll: A quick roll to avoid incoming projectiles and reset weapon heat.

Ultimate

  • Rallying Cry: Zaina lets out a battle cry that offers temporary health to all allies in close proximity.
