If the base controller settings aren’t good enough for you in EA Sports WRC and you’re losing your rhythm because of strong vibrations or input delay, it is best to tweak a few things. So, here are the best controller settings in EA Sports WRC.

Being a Codemasters title, most of the settings in EA Sports WRC will be familiar if you’ve played F1 or any of the previous DiRT games. It does have extensive wheel support and all the usual wheel settings as well, but what about controller settings?

Whether it is an arcade racer like The Crew Motorfest or a sim racing game like Forza Motorsport, finding the right controller settings can help you consistently get the podium finish.

Here are all the controller settings in EA Sports WRC, as well as how to change them.

How to change controller settings in EA Sports WRC

To change the controller settings in EA Sports WRC, follow these steps:

  1. Head to the “Options & Extra” menu.

  4. Then click on the controller.

Best controller settings for EA Sports WRC

Here are all the controller settings to keep in check with in EA Sports WRC:

Bindings

Bindings is button mapping and it is purely based on preference. If any of your buttons are less responsive or don’t work, you can change their mapping and assign them to the other buttons you’re comfortable with.

Advanced

  • Steering Sensitivity: 60 – 70
  • Steering Linearity: 3 – 4

The higher the sensitivity, the less input you’ll need to turn your steerings. While it is ideal to have it anywhere between the suggested values, if you experience drift, it is best to set it a bit lower depending on the severity of the analog drift on your controller.

Vibrations

  • Vibration and Feedback: On
  • Suspension: 120 – 130
  • Tyre Slip: 140 – Max
  • Engine: 75
  • Collision: 75

The vibrations in EA Sports WRC are a bit weak, so it is best to have them higher if you want more feedback. You can even have it all the way to max if you like, or turn it off completely if you find it distracting.
