Does Nightingale have offline mode?
Inflexion GamesNightingale is arriving soon in early access, and given its focus on multiplayer gameplay, many are wondering if you can play offline as well.
Inflexion Games are gearing up to unveil their latest creation, Nightingale, a survival-crafting game set to hit early access on February 20, 2024. With its unique Victorian setting and a narrative that uses portals to tell its story, it promises an immersive experience for players.
One burning question on the minds of many players is whether Nightingale will offer an offline mode, similar to other beloved survival games like Minecraft and Palworld. We’ve got the scoop for you right here.
Here’s whether Nightingale will have an offline mode.
Can you play Nightingale offline?
Nightingale will not support offline play during its early access phase. The game is designed to be an online-only experience, even for solo adventurers.
In a recent developer update video from Inflexion Games, it was revealed that the game will feature official dedicated servers. These servers power the Realms, allowing players and their friends to engage in gameplay by setting their Respite Realm to the same location.
The Respite Realm in Nightingale serves as your spawn point within the game. The presence of dedicated official servers means that once a Respite point is established, anyone can join the server at any time, regardless of who is currently online. This setup differs from titles like Sons of the Forest.
As of now, there’s no confirmation on whether Nightingale will introduce an offline mode once it transitions out of early access. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated on any developments regarding this feature in the future.
