How to get Rare and Legendary Dwellers in Fallout Shelter
There are two ways to obtain Rare and Legendary Dwellers in Fallout Shelter. The first one is through Launch Boxes, which you can acquire by completing objectives, Overseer’s missions, or purchasing them with real money.
The second option is to complete the Overseer’s Office Quests. These quests often reward Rare or Legendary Dwellers as their final prize, so it’s good practice to complete as many of them as you can.
