Does For Honor support cross-platform play on PC, Playstation, and Xbox?

Yes, For Honor supports cross-platform play across PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. This means that you can join your friend in For Honor even if they have a different device than you. Although the game did not support cross-platform since day one, the developers added this feature in March 2022.

Ubisoft launched crossplay for For Honor in two phases. The first phase allowed for cross-platform matchmaking while in the second phase which was released in October 2022, players were allowed to team up with their friends from other platforms.

Currently, cross-play is available for Brawl, Breach, Dominion, unranked Duel, Elimination, Skirmish, and Tribute game modes. Cross-platform matchmaking is not available if it’s disabled in the console settings.
