Genshin Impact 4.3 Lost Riches Area 1-6: Energy Emission locations, Mini Seelie reward, more
HoYoverseVersion 4.3 of Genshin Impact is halfway through, and Ulaman and our colorful Seelie friends are back for the Lost Riches event. All areas for the event have already been unlocked, so here’s a full event guide for Lost Riches in Genshin Impact.
Even though version 4.3 in Genshin Impact was fairly light in terms of new content compared to previous versions, it brought a brand-new 5-star character, Navia, and another new 4-star Chevreuse will be featured in phase 2 alongside Raiden Shogun and Yoimiya. There have been a few enjoyable events so far, and now Lost Riches is about to be concluded too.
Leaks suggest the banner of version 4.4 is going to be quite stacked. We already have confirmation on Xianyun and Gaming‘s banner through drip marketing, and all this means is that you’ll need every bit of Primogems you can get.
So, here is the guide for the 4.3 Lost Riches event in Genshin Impact, from day 1 to day 6.

How to play Lost Riches in Genshin Impact 4.3
Similar to past Genshin Impact Lost Riches events, you’ll be guided by your Seelie friend to a chest. There is a unique twist here compared to past Lost Riches. The Seelie now need “energy” so they can locate the chest for you.
First, you’ll have to figure out the general location on your map. You’ll have to then collect several “purple particles” (Energy Emission) in the said location (particles will be marked in your mini-map once you’re nearby). Once you’ve collected enough, the Seelie will automatically mark the exact dig spot on your map. Go there, and the rest will be pretty self-explanatory.
Genshin Impact 4.3 Lost Riches day 1 Energy Emission location
The chest location in Genshin Impact 4.3 is already marked, so we’ll guide you with the Energy Emission location. Here’s where the energy locations for day 1 (or Area 1) are in Genshin Impact Lost Riches.
The areas are marked with an in-game star marker in the image below:
Just head to the general location, the Energy Emission glows and will be marked on a mini-map. Once you’ve collected enough, head to the dig-marked site and start the challenge. You’ll be asked to first clear multiple waves of enemies and then collect some particles right there.
Genshin Impact 4.3 Lost Riches day 2 Energy Emission location
The location for day 2 Lost Riches is underwater in Genshin Impact, it is located southwest of main Fontaine city and north of Elton Trench. Here are the locations for Energy Emission on day 2 of Lost Riches:
Once you’ve located the Energy Emission, they’ll be locked in a bubble. Just get near the bubble and start a challenge where you’ll have to pop some balloons or kill enemies. After you’ve collected a total of three available energy, you can just head to the chest location and dig to claim the chest.
Genshin Impact 4.3 Lost Riches day 3 Energy Emission location
Day 3 of Genshin Impact Lost Riches is similar to the first day, you’ve to collect three energy and then a dig spot will be marked, and then another three for another chest. Fontaine Research Institute is located in the northeast part of the region. For energy, look for the bushes as they’re often there, not too hidden, and can be easily spotted.
Genshin Impact 4.3 Lost Riches day 4 Energy Emission location
For day 4 of Lost Riches in Genshin Impact, it can be hard to navigate through the map as there are plenty of location markers. We’ve highlighted the Energy Emission with a useful red circle and the dig site with another green circle.
Day 4 of the Genshin Impact Lost Riches event is similar to day 3, which was also underwater. You’ll have to collect three energy, which are locked behind a bubble, and you’ll need to complete challenges. First, borrow the ability from the nearest Xenochromatic Creature to start the challenge. As for the location, it is just south of the Fortress of Meropide.
Genshin Impact 4.3 Lost Riches day 5 Energy Emission location
Area 5 of Lost Riches in Genshin Impact is similar to the third and first challenge. You’ll first have to pick three sets of energy, followed by collecting particles or a combat challenge and then digging the treasure.
As for the location, the day 5 area is Erinnyes Forest, which is east of Fontaine. The exact location is just north of Lumidouce Harbor.
Genshin Impact 4.3 Lost Riches day 6 Energy Emission location
The sixth area of the Genshin Impact Lost Riches event follows the same format as other areas of the event that were underwater. You’ll have to collect three energies that are locked behind challenges and dig only one site.
For the sixth day, the location is the same as the one on day 5, Erinnyes Forest. It is located just south of the previous area and west of Lumidouce Harbor.
Genshin Impact 4.3 Mini Seelie reward details
Genshin Impact Version 4.3’s Lost Riches event also rewards a pet Seelie like previous Lost Riches; however, you can only claim one. All of them are essentially the same but with different colors, so pick what you prefer. There’s no need to worry, as when the event returns, you’ll get another shot, so if you like two from the current lot, all you have to do is wait.
As for which Seelie to pick, the newest introduction is the Mini Seelie: Brilliance, and it’ll not disappear underwater, unlike other Seelies. If you want your pet underwater too, choose Brilliance, but we’ll not play favorites, so pick the color you prefer, as all are equally cute.
With that, you’ll be done with the Lost Riches event in Genshin Impact. The event will last until January 15, so there is still time to complete it even if you’ve just begun. For more on Genshin Impact, check out:
