Gameplay
Set in the Harry Potter universe, Quidditch Champions is a sports game where you can play as a Chaser, Keeper, Seeker, or Beater and compete in magical tournaments.
As WB Games showed in its latest teaser, every role has its unique dynamic within the game. These are the roles that will be part of a Quidditch Champions match:
- Chasers: They are responsible for scoring goals by getting the Quaffle through the hoops. There are three Chasers in every team.
- Keeper: Similar to goalkeepers, they guard all three hoops and must prevent Chasers of the opposite team from scoring.
- Beaters: The two Beaters are meant to use the Bludgers to hit and disable opponents while trying to protect their own teammates.
- Seeker: This player is in charge of catching the Snitch, which will give their team 150 points and mark the end of the match.
You can play Quidditch in three modes: Single Player Career Mode, Exhibition Matches, and Online Competitive Mode. As you gain experience, you can level up your skills or brooms and create your own builds for your favorite role.
Warner also confirmed that players can customize their own characters and even get cosmetics to play as classic characters like Harry Potter, Draco Malfoy, Ron Weasley, and Cho Chang.
