Rise of the Ronin is one of the biggest PS5 exclusive releases this year. Set in 19th-century Japan, players are able to customize their own Ronin who makes a journey through political crises and wartime. 

Alongside the main story, players can also complete side quests and collect various items to 100% the game. Here is how long it takes to beat Rise of the Ronin, and how long it may take you to collect everything. 

How long is Rise of the Ronin?

Rise of the Ronin takes about 20 hours to beat the main story and up to 55 hours to 100% the game. 

This, however, is just an average number. The time to beat Rise of the Ronin will mostly rely on your difficulty setting. Rise of the Ronin is a combat-heavy game, so the more difficult you make it, the more time it may take to defeat enemies and move forward with your journey.

It also largely depends on how much of a completionist you are, because trying to complete all quests and finding the collectables will also add significant hours to your play time. 

If you choose to play on higher difficulty levels like Dawn or Twilight, you could be looking at 35 hours to beat the game. If you’re looking to complete everything, this will likely be pushed up to around 55 hours. 

Getting 100% completion means you’ll need to complete all side quests, find all collectibles, get all companions, and unlock all skills available.
