It’s time for another Lords of the Fallen event, as this time we dive deeper into the realm of the Bucketlords to get a brand-new weapon in the game. Here’s how to complete the Way of the Bucket event in Lords of the Fallen.

Lords of the Fallen devs have been releasing new content and patches for the game constantly since its release on October 13, 2023, and players seem to be satisfied with the recent changes in the game’s balancing and performance.

The latest patch was released on November 21, with the devs introducing yet another event after the immense success of the previous Halloween event. This time we find the items of the Bucketlords as the new event is known as Way of the Bucket.

Here’s how to complete the Way of the Bucket event in Lords of the Fallen.

How to complete Way of the Bucket event in Lords of the Fallen

You will need to collect 12 Pride of the Bucketlords scattered in various boss arenas throughout Mournstead to complete the Way of the Bucket quest in Lords of the Fallen. Keep in mind that you cannot carry more than four at a time or the quest will fail.

Lords of the Fallen Skyrest Bridge
The event starts near the Sanctuary Vestige.

If you have defeated all of these bosses before, you will not need to fight them again to get the items. Just travel back to their arenas and collect the items. However, you will need to interact with a new NPC in Lords of the Fallen.

To start the Way of the Bucket event, follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Sanctuary Vestige, climb the ladder on the opposite side, and head up.
  2. Once you are at the platform, move ahead, break the boxes, and bring out your Umbral Lamp to traverse the caged window to find a new NPC.
  3. Interact with the NPC, and then equip the Broken Bucket weapon.
  4. Now, perform these three gestures in order: Greeting, Pointing Downward, and Bucketlord’s Salute.
  5. Once you are done, interact with the NPC again to get this message: “The Pride of the Bucketlords has been reaffirmed.”

Keep in mind that you will have to turn in all the Pride of the Bucketlords to the previous NPC whenever you collect four of them. If you have any more than four of them in your inventory at a time, you will fail the quest.

Now that you have collected and turned in all the Pride of the Bucketlords, go to the Alehouse Vestige in Lower Calrath and keep moving on ahead until you reach the large area with a Ruiner miniboss. Ignore him and go left to the Vestige Seedbed to find a new room opened. Here you will find the Gilded Bucket weapon, the reward for completing the quest.
