Arena Breakout: Infinite – How to complete Medical Supply Shortage

To complete the Arena Breakout: Infinite mission Medical Supply Shortage, purchase two Medical Item Cases from the Market. After that, place them in your backpack loadout.

Once you have everything ready, you then need to deploy in the Farm area and travel to the two marked Outposts to deliver the Medical Item Cases.

The first Outpost is located on the west side of the Wheatfields, you’ll notice a watchtower-like brick building with an external metal staircase. Climb it and enter the post where you’ll see a green case on a table. Interact with it to drop the first Medical Item Case.

Outposts are typically built on the side of points of interest, and you’ll recognize them immediately.

The second Outpost is located on the northeast side of the Weathfields, it is the same type of building as the first one, so you’ll identify it right away. Interact with the table to leave the Medical Item Case.

After that, all you need to do is reach the closest extraction point to finish the mission and talk to Evita to complete it.
