How to beat Warrick the Torn in No Rest for the Wicked
Warrick the Torn is a fast boss in No Rest for the Wicked, so the best way to defeat him is by equipping a fast weapon and time your dodging during the fight. Players should avoid trying to parry its attacks, instead dodge and attack to charge your Focus bar quickly.
Warrick’s attacks can deal massive damage if you mistime your dodges, so make sure that you are accustomed to his attack patterns first before closing the gap to attack with melee weapons.
Just make sure to keep it to a minimum of two to three strikes at a time to conserve Stamina and keep enough to dodge in case of emergency. When you Focus bar is fully charged, you can unleash your Rune Power for massive damage, but be sure to time it properly at the end of Warrick’s assault.
Finally, make sure that you are stocked up on Mushroom Soup and bombs before this fight. Mushroom Soup will be extremely useful in replenishing your health, whereas bombs will help you deal consistent damage from a distance if you are unable to close the gap in time.

Considering Warrick the Torn is the first major boss fight in No Rest for the Wicked and is guarding your way to the city, you should use up all your skill points and repair your gear before heading on to this fight.

- Stock up on buffing items such as Blade Oil and Stamina Potion, and keep a bunch of Mushroom Soup ready
- Make sure that you aren’t loaded with heavy armor as the additional weight will hamper your dodge timings, so light armor is the best way to approach this fight.
- Fast weapons like the Brothers Keepers dagger, or any one-handed sword are to be preferred.
