How to do Griddy celebration in CFB 25

To do the Griddy in College Football 25, hold the right stick up and press L2 on PlayStation or LT on Xbox after a touchdown. The celebration can be executed only after getting a touchdown, so you cannot hit the Griddy after grabbing an interception or making a first down.

The in-game name for the celebration is ‘Tiger Swag,’ which is a clever nod to Justin Jefferson’s alma mater, LSU. The receiver was among the first adopters of the celebration and played a major role in popularizing it. The name serves as a reference to LSU’s mascot, Mike the Tiger.

The celebration itself sees the player bend their knees and alternatingly tap their heels on the ground while swinging their arms back and forth.

It gained prominence following a series of TikTok videos from Allen “Griddy” Davis. The former high school football player went on to sign an exclusive agreement with EA Sports which brought the Griddy to the developers’ games.
