How to get Bangboos in Zenless Zone Zero

After arriving in the post-apocalyptic reality of New Eridu, you’ll get to choose a team of characters that will help you explore Zenless Zone Zero. No matter what composition you choose, you will want to get the perfect Bangboo to buff all your units in every fight.

Here’s everything you need to know about Bangboos, including how to unlock them and all of them that are currently available in Zenless Zone Zero.

Zenless Zone Zero – How to get a Bangboo

You can pull for different Bangboos through Signal Searches (Bangoo Banners) using Boopons. However, you’ll need to first unlock the Bangboo Channel for Signal Searches during Chapter One: Intermission.

This quest will introduce Enzo and Bagboo, and will also let you upgrade any pets you want to equip to your team.

If you want to start pulling different Bangboos, you can get Boopons in Hollow Zero, New Eridu City Fund, the Bangbuck Exchange, and other event rewards. You can use one Boopon for a single Signal Search or use 10 Boopon for 10 Signal Searches.

You are guaranteed at least one A-Rank Bangboo or higher with 10 Signal Searches. Also, you’re guaranteed at least one S-Rank Bangboo or higher within 80 Signal Searches.

What are Bangboos?

Bangboos are pets in Zenless Zone Zero that are used to buff all the characters on your team.

They’re known as small creatures that are described as “intelligent devices” unique to New Eridu. They were created to assist citizens during the evacuation in Hollow disasters.

However, these pets have become “comprehensive and versatile intelligent individuals” who can help Investigators and other characters in different quests in the Zenless Zone Zero questline.
