Once Human has a ton of different resources to find, but the most rare can be the most difficult to come across. Gold Ore is one of these types, and you can only get it in specific areas of the map.

Gold Ore is necessary if you want to craft more advanced gear or make some money. Either way, it becomes a vital resource especially once you hit the later stages of the game. So, here is where you can get it and what you can do with it.

Where to find Gold Ore in Once Human

You can find Gold Ore deposits which you can mine in Lone Wolf Wastes, Red Sands, Chalk Peak, and The Iron Ridge. You can also buy Gold from other players if you wish, but the cost may vary depending on the situation.

Lone Wolf Wastes is the best area to look for Gold Ore, but it’s a level 50 area, so you need to be prepared before you explore it. Like most other areas, clumps of Gold Ore are scattered across the location, so you’ll need to do some searching – but you shouldn’t have to look for too long.

If you’re mining, you’ll be looking for a smoother mineral sticking out of the ground and shining brightly like you’d expect gold to. To mine it, you need to make sure that you have a Tungsten Pickaxe.
