Pocket PairThe easiest way to heal Pals in Palworld is by giving them food items or just letting them rest which slowly regenerates their HP. For Pals who have come down with various injuries, you’ll have to use Medical Supplies. Here are all the injuries in the game, and the supplies required to heal them:

The only way to revive an Incapacitated Pal is by placing them in the Palbox. After a 10-minute timer, your Pal will be Revived and ready to go again.
