The title comes after the success of Monster Hunter World and Monster Hunter Rise, which both performed well and left fans eagerly awaiting the franchise’s next installment.
While not much is known about Monster Hunter Wilds, the devs have provided some gameplay and information on the platforms that the title will be available on. Will Monster Hunter Wilds be on Xbox One & PlayStation 4?
The only confirmed platforms for Monster Hunter Wilds are PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, indicating that it will not be available on PS4 or Xbox One.
This information is courtesy of the official Monster Hunter Wilds website and the official reveal trailer, which shows PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam as the only platforms that the game will be coming to in 2025.
Unfortunately, those on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will miss out on this one, but as it’s coming in 2025, there’s plenty of time for you to get your hands on one of the latest consoles or even a PC before Monster Hunter Wilds releases.
