Fans of rugby can now start getting ready for the eagerly anticipated arrival of Rugby 24, the new game from developers Nacon that has the rugby community on the edge of their seats.
Despite experiencing a significant delay in recent announcements, Nacon have confirmed an early access period. The devs have also officially announced the platforms on which rugby enthusiasts can spend many hours playing the new Rugby 24 game.

Rugby 24 release window
Nacom have delayed the full Rugby 24 release date once again and it’s expected that it will be released in late 2024.
The latest dev statement on January 23 doesn’t specify a new release date. They instead revealed that the game would soon arrive in early access, with more details to be revealed soon. They plan to release the full game later in 2024.
Rugby 24 early access
Nacom confirmed that Rugby 24 will have an early access period expected to start sometime in March 2024, only for PC players through Steam. They also revealed that console players will have to wait a little bit more.

All Rugby 24 platforms confirmed
Nacon posted on Rugby 24’s official X account that the new game will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
Finally, Nacon have not yet provided details on whether the game will come to Nintendo Switch later on. However, if we consider the previous editions of the game (Rugby 22), this doesn’t seem to be in the devs’ plans.
Rugby 24 licenses confirmed so far
In a statement, Nacon have revealed that Rugby 24 has “officially licensed almost all the rugby world,” with more than 140+ nations and competitions. However, based on the little that could be seen in the official teaser, recognizable logos of major rugby competitions such as the World Cup, Top 14, and more are included.
