Although Capcom’s 2023 release, Resident Evil 4 Remake, was available on old-gen consoles, the devs are refraining from following that trend for their first major release of 2024.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 is set in a world parallel to the one in its 2012 predecessor and it is four times bigger than the original. With a huge world and dozens of hours worth of activities promised, the devs clearly feel that the PS4 and Xbox One wouldn’t be able to cope with their vision.
