What are Elite Enemies in Wuthering Waves?

Elite or Special Enemies in Wuthering Waves are the strongest Tacit Discords that you’ll find roaming around Solaris-3. They are usually covered by a glowing red mist and have a fixed Level.

After being defeated, Special Enemies will give you a 4 or 5-star Echo for you to equip, and a special trophy.
